Payment Information Jypsea.etsy.com accepts credit card payments through Paypal. You do not need to establish a Paypal account to use this feature. Paypal processes your credit card information and I never see your information. Shopping online with Paypal is safe & secure. Offline Sales If you desire not to make your purchase online and prefer to mail a money order or check, please contact me at inquiry@jypsea.com subject:offline sales with the items you want to purchase noted and your contact information. Shipping and Handling All purchases are mailed using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. All purchases are shipped within 3 days of the order, unless it is a custom order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the completion of your custom order. Privacy Policy As stated above, I do not have access to your credit card information. And I will not share or sell your personal information or email addresses with anyone. Return Policy I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. The original method of payment will be refunded for items returned within 10 days from the date of delivery with original receipt. After 10 days, a merchandise credit will be given up to 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery. Before returning an item, email inquiry@jypsea.com with "Returns" in the subject line.Please include: full name, phone number , email address, shipping address, reason for return or exchange.
